Letter from CK Corporation
I am Mr Chen Cherng Chu's personal manager and I am representing CK Corporation regarding the use of Mr Chen Cherng Chu's pictures. It has been brought to our attention that while my client was having a photoshoot session in Malaysia, there has been rampant usage of my client, CK Corporation's model, Mr Chen Cherng Chu's pictures on various blogs, notably 06s66's blog and Mr Oh Ying Qun's personal blog. We managed to hack into 06s66's blog and have thus removed his pictures and we would like to advice Mr Oh Ying Qun to do likewise before further actions are taken by CK Corporation.
Mr Chen Cherng Chu is a model of high repute at CK Corporation and CK Corporation own the exclusive rights to his images. Any unauthorised usage of his images would result in an infringement of my client's image rights and CK Corporation will not hesitate to take any legal actions.
We do not wish to blow this matter up and as such CK Corporation will not dig further into this matter. We hope there will not be anymore unauthorised usage of Mr Chen Cherng Chu's pictures. We would also like to apologise for hacking into this blog.
